FAQs – Food ordering

1. How to order food?

Register and login to Vdelivr through website/ mobile app. Search for your favourite restaurant and from Restaurant page choose your favourite dish to order. Enter your exact delivery address, payment method and ensure the phone number attached to your account is the correct one.

2. How to cancel or change order?

We do not have an option for this currently.

3. Where is my order?

After you place your order, the order is placed to the restaurant, which starts preparing your food immediately. You will get SMS and app notifications at various stages from ordering to delivery.

4. Will there be a delay or cancellation from restaurants end after ordering?

We always ensure quick delivery. There are some rare cases, where the food delivery can be If the amount of time you’ve waited has exceeded the estimated delivery time, you can contact us and we’ll look into what’s going on.

5. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery time varies from restaurant to restaurant. It depends on the queue at the restaurant, preparation time of that particular dish and on the distance between the restaurant and your delivery address. The expected of time of arrival will be notified after restaurant’s confirmation.

6. What are the delivery charges?

  • For orders less than Rs. 250,delivery Charges are Rs. 60

  • For orders between Rs. 250and Rs. 500,Delivery Charges are Rs. 50

  • For orders above Rs. 500, Delivery Charges are Rs. 40

7. I have a coupon code, how to use it?

After you select your food and the count, in your cart you will find your ordered details and below that there will be a coupon code window, where you can enter your coupon code and validate.

8. How can I pay for my order?

All our restaurants accept cash on delivery. You can also make your payment through our payment gateway partner and pay through your credit, debit or internet banking modes.

  • Cash on Delivery (CoD)

    Select ‘Cash on Delivery’ on the checkout page and pay the delivery agent at your doorstep when you receive your order.

  • Credit Card

    Select ‘Credit Card’ on the checkout page. After placing your order you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway, and follow the instructions. Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be placed at the restaurant

  • Internet Banking

    Select ‘Internet Banking’ and your bank on the checkout page. After placing your order you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway, and follow the instructions. Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be placed at the restaurant

1. I forgot my password

You have already created an account but you can't remember your password? Click on 'Login/Register' at the top of the page. Then click on 'Forgot Password?'. Fill out your email address and a password recovery link will be sent to you by email.

2. How can I create an account at Vdelivr.in?

Click on 'Login' at the top of the page. Then fill out your information in the ‘’Not a member? Register now’ section and click the ‘Register now’ button. You can also create an account directly after placing an order. Your delivery address and the order details will then be saved in your account.

3. Can I change my profile details?

Yes, your profile details are editable and you can edit them and save.
